Erkul Auto USA Limited Warranty.
Erkul Auto USA warrants its branded products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the coverage periods above and the terms here.
Who is covered
- The original retail purchaser only. Non-transferable; does not extend to subsequent owners or second-hand products.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim (order number or receipt).
What is covered
- Structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the coverage period of that product.
- Remedy is repair or replacement of the defective part, at Erkul's sole option.
What is NOT covered
- Normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes; scratches, scuffs, or finish fading from use.
- Corrosion or finish degradation from environmental exposure (road salt, chemicals, car washes) beyond 2 years from purchase.
- Damage from accident, collision, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- Damage from improper installation, failure to follow the installation manual, or failure to re-check torque as instructed.
- Damage from exceeding the rated load capacity or the vehicle manufacturer's roof load limit (whichever is lower).
- Damage from modification of the product, or use of non-Erkul parts/hardware.
- Commercial, competition, off-road racing, or rental-fleet use.
- Acts of nature; theft; loss of items carried on the rack.
What the warranty does not include
- Labor, removal, or re-installation costs.
- Shipping costs (may be required from the customer for warranty returns).
- Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (e.g., damage to the vehicle or cargo), to the extent permitted by law.
How to make a claim
Contact support@erkulautousa.com with (1) proof of purchase, (2) photos of the defect, and (3) the product and vehicle it was installed on. Erkul will assess and, if approved, repair or replace the defective part.
Legal
This is a limited warranty and is the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
